Head Chef András Császár creates a unique blend of classical Hungarian dishes with the characteristic cuisine of French cooking. In this multicultural kitchen, you can savour a modern interpretation on classic Goose Soup with Dumplings, cooked to perfection according to an old family recipe as well as blanquette de veau.
Our seasonal fare offers plenty of menu choices complemented with the daily blackboard specials, created by the chef to please all our guests.
